Is your toothbrush looking a bit frayed? Maybe worn out? We recommend throwing out that old toothbrush every three to four months and replacing it with a new one. As the bristles fray, your brush will not clean your teeth as effectively as needed. We also advise that children’s toothbrushes be replaced more often then adult brushes. Check on the condition of those bristles regularly.
